    Expressive Arts Therapy is an intuitive, integrative and emergent process. Using different forms of expression and creative modalities like creative writing, visual arts, movement, poetry and imagination to facilitate self-discovery, healing, and play.

    This range of modalities provides a beautiful way to discover, encounter and connect to yourself. What emerges in the process touches and connects your body mind and soul.

  • I am not creative - is this process for me?

    Yes 100% it is. You do not need any previous art or creative expression experience. This is a process and I will guide you all the way.

  • Trauma informed

    Working from a trauma informed lens, I will meet you where you are in your journey and provide a safe space for you to give attention to what is calling to you. You will have input and choice throughout the therapeutic process, as we will build on your strengths and capacities.
